Each ritual meets the body, nervous system, and spirit where it is—guiding you through release, awakening, restoration, devotion, grounding, and sacred completion.

This is not self-care.

HOW TO USE THE RITUAL CYCLE

The ÉSCOLÁTICA Ritual Cycle may be followed as a 21-day ceremonial journey or entered intuitively.

Structured Cycle
Week 1: Purge → Awake → Heal  
Week 2: Heal → Loved → Held  
Week 3: Held → Anointed  

Intuitive Use
Begin with the ritual you feel resistance toward.
Continue until the body feels settled.
Close with Anointed when a chapter has completed.

Each bath should be taken in warm water for 20–30 minutes.
Hydrate afterward and allow time for rest or reflection.

This work is gentle, cumulative, and intentional.
