Weekly Floral Ritual — Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Our Weekly Floral Ritual is an ongoing weekly floral subscription created to bring fresh, seasonal beauty into your home.

Weekly Billing & Delivery

Your selected ritual is billed automatically each week at the price shown at checkout. Fresh florals are prepared for delivery each week within our applicable delivery area.

Skip, Pause or Cancel

You may skip, pause or cancel your Weekly Floral Ritual at any time. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to apply to that week. Changes made within 48 hours of delivery will take effect beginning with the following week’s ritual.

Seasonality & Color Mood

Each arrangement is created intuitively with the flowers that are most beautiful and available that week. Your selected Color Mood guides the palette and emotional tone of your arrangement; exact flowers, varieties and shades will naturally vary with seasonality and availability.

Delivery Changes

Address or delivery-detail changes should be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery. Changes received after that time may not be reflected until the following week.

Managing Your Ritual

Subscribers can manage their subscription through their customer account, including available options to skip, pause or cancel their ritual.

By purchasing a Weekly Floral Ritual, you agree to recurring weekly billing and these subscription terms.
